2010 LA Auto Show: Lamborghini rolls out Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante

At LA Auto show one can’t miss the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, the tweaked version of Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder. The open soft top version’s weight has been reduced by 65kg, thanks to the use of Caron-Fiber panels and improved aerodynamics. The total weight of the vehicle is 1,485 kg.
Power comes from 5.2-litre V10 engine that churns out a mammoth 570bhp and 540 Nm of torque. The powerplant gives Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder Performante LP 570-4 enough boost to race from 0-100km/h in just 3.9 seconds, with its top speed at 324 km/h. New spyder is 4.39 meters long, 1.90 meters wide and merely 1.18 meters high.

The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder Performante LP 570-4 is equipped with 19 inch alloys wheels which are 13 kg lighter than the stock ones and it has Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. Adding more to the style without increasing weight, there are new front bumper with LED daytime running lights, and a new rear diffuser. Stopping the vehicle are 365mm brake discs at the front and 356 mm discs at the rear.
