Japanese automobile giant Toyota recently released information related to its Toyota FT-86 II sports coupe, which is nearing its production and the social media crew went of the company now wants to unveil more information about the machine now as it went to the firm’s European headquarters in Brussels for a new photo shoot last week. The company has now released new pictures as well as a behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming car.
Earlier this month, Toyota unveiled the second iteration of the FT-86 study at the Geneva Motor Show. The car is set to go on sale in late 2012 and the company made public the study to preview actual production model. Toyota is well-known for designing superb cars and is one of the leading automaker in the world. The original concept model of the FT-86 had also received rave reviews from the critics. The original concept model evolved gaining new front and rear ends and its surfaces are more pronounced.
Toyota has joined hands with Subaru to develop the new rear drive coupe. It is expected that Subaru will also present its own version in future. The car comes fitted with 2.0-liter boxer engine and 6-speed transmission. Toyota will release more details later this year. We will keep you posted about news related to this car.
