Chromed Maybach is all bling

Ever thought of giving your beloved car a rich makeover? British entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den star Theo Paphitis did. He owns a Maybach 62 and loves it too. He goes great lengths to decorate his car each year for a comedy charity Red Nose Day. He has earned quite a name for this habit.

The Maybach is the Greek-born moneymaker’s everyday car, in which he is chauffeured around. However, this year he crossed all frontiers to give his Maybach a chrome decoration. It has been touched up by Raccoon based in Edenbridge. Theo is really thrilled at and proud of his new darling. He Twitted about it endlessly. In one of them, he rightly boasted, ‘So what do you think of the Maybach then?’ And Raccoon owner Richard Clark thought that covering his car in chrome is a way of saying ‘look at me’.
However, everyone obviously didn’t appreciate the car. Some call it ‘vulgar’ while others feel it like a woman’s 62 feet long, Rs 5 crore vanity mirror is going along. But, can that mar Theo’s party mood? No way...you bet. He wants everyone to see all the faces of his done up Maybach. He Tweeted, ‘Wait till you see the other side! It has been wrapped in chrome vinyl by Raccoon based in Edenbridge, great job boys!’
