STaSIS Engineering brings more ferocious Audi R8 V10 Spyder to UK

Unveiled at SEMA 2010 show, STaSIS Engineering put Audi R8 V10 Spyder with 710bhp in the US market at the end of last year. As the car was received with open hands by gearheads and Audi lovers equally, the North American company wants to capitalize on its rising popularity. As a result, STaSIS Engineering has announced that European customers will soon be able to buy the car as they will begin shipping the package to the UK.
The Challenge Extreme Edition package, which comes fitted with a supercharger and sports exhaust to the engine, is available for both the coupe and the Spyder versions. Though the car is based on the R8 V10, the addition of the supercharger and sports exhaust will increase the power from 518bhp and 530Nm to 710bhp and 709Nm of torque. The STaSIS Engineering claims that the car can touch the 0-100km/h speed in just 3.1 seconds, 0.6 seconds faster than the stock model.

Besides this, the new edition will have bespoke Ohlins dampers and its suspension is lowered by 20mm. The Alcon brakes (390mm front and 355mm rear with two piece floating discs) are bigger than the stock model. The Challenge Extreme Edition package for the Audi R8 V10 worth £ 45,000 or € 51,000.
Going by the features it appears that the Challenge Extreme Edition package is a sure shot winner and car lovers across the Europe would definitely not mind spending their hard earned money on purchasing it.
